Vision: “Invisible HRM”

The Office of Human Resources Management will take a proactive role in supporting the university’s workforce strategic plan to achieve its goals. It will establish a systematic human resource management framework and develop personnel management skills among administrators at all levels, enabling them to manage human resources independently. This will create a system where human resource management by the HR office becomes almost unnecessary, as if it were invisible.

Mission

    1. To recruit talented individuals to carry out the university's mission, and
    2. To foster engagement among university staff, motivating them to strive for achievement in their work. This will result in continuous positive outcomes for the university throughout their period of employment.
