Educational qualification adjustment After completing their study, academic staff who have been granted a leave to study both inside and outside the working hours must submit relevant documents for an educational qualification and salary adjustment request. Relevant forms can be downloaded from https://hrm.kmutt.ac.th/. If their salary rate has already exceeded the initial rate for the adjusted qualification, personnel shall be entitled to an educational qualification adjustment only. Educational qualification advancementAfter completing their study, academic staff and other professional staff as well as academic staff who have been granted a leave to study both inside and outside the working hours must submit relevant documents for an educational qualification adjustment request. Relevant forms can be downloaded from https://hrm.kmutt.ac.th/. Personnel who pursue a study program outside the working hours (on Saturdays-Sundays) must complete a study leave request form, submit it to their superior’s for approval by the University.
