The University shall grant an annual salary increase to personnel on October 1 of each year.
Performance evaluation for the purpose of salary increase consideration shall be based on the average work performance and competency evaluation outcome for the April and October evaluations in the year of salary increase.
For personnel who have been granted joint appointment, work unit transfer or permission to perform duties beyond their original responsibilities, the personnel’s affiliated work unit shall include their work performance outcome in the previous year in its salary increase consideration.
The superiors shall inform each personnel about their salary increase.
Personnel’s salary rate, remuneration and salary increase are considered personal information that cannot be disclosed to others.
