Answer: You can submit your existing photo taken no later than 6 months to kmuttcard@kmutt.ac.th.
Answer:
  1. Keep it under shade and away from direct sunlight and heat;
  2. Do not do anything which may cause the card to be disformed or broken.

Answer:
  1. For use with the card reader at the Office of the President: the card can be used immediately;
  2. For use at the 14-storey car park: the card can be used from 16.30 hrs. onwards;
  3. For use at the library, the card can be used 3 days after the issuance date.

  1. Inform the police;
  2. Bring your Daily Case Report to the Office of Treasury and pay a fee of 200 baht (in case of stolen card, no fee is required. Contact HRM directly).; and
  3. Contact HRM to complete the new card request form and submit the Daily Case Report together with the fee receipt issued by the Office of Treasury.

Answer: 6 months from the date of issuance except for the following cases:
  1. The retiring university personnel will have his/her identity card active until his/her retirement except otherwise he/she is appointed to an executive position. In such case, his/her identity card will be active until his/her service is completed.
  2. The identity card for a civil servant at a university level who receives pension at the age of 70 will be active for a lifetime.

  1. In case of expiration, it is required to return the identity card to the staff who issues the card to you on the date of receipt;
  2. In case of resignation, the employee must return the card to his/her bureau so that the bureau will deliver it HRM or send it directly to HRM.

Answer: Steps for Obtaining University Employee Identity Card

Step 1: Requesting a form
Request a form for identity card at the Human Resources Management Office on 4th Floor or contact tel. no. 02-4708084.
Step 2: Photo taking
Take an ID photo at the student registration office on 1st floor, Office of the President on Mondays or Thursdays during 8.30-16.30 hrs. In case of having 1-2 inches (taken no later than 6 months), submit it to the staff on the date of filing the request or send it to https://hrm.kmutt.ac.th/.
Dress:
- Public servant: White formal uniform/ Thai royal dress/university jacket over a white/cream shirt. For men, plain black/navy blue tie without decorated pattern
- University personnel/employees: white/cream shirt without pattern
black/navy blue tie without pattern
- Permanent Employee: White formal uniform, standard white uniform. Full-title and semi-title dress/operational dress uniform/university jacket over white/cream shirt. For men, plain black/navy blue tie without decorated pattern
- Pensioner: Standard white formal uniform with “bird” sign on the right collar
Step 3: Card receipt and return
Receive and return the card to the staff at Office of the Registrar, 1st floor, Office of the President on Mondays or Thursdays during 8.30-16.30 hrs. or at the Office Human Resource Management on 4th Floor, Multi-Purpose Building on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Fridays during 8.30-16.30 hrs.
