Academic support, administrative and administrative support staff

Specific qualifications
  1. Senior Professional level Must hold and work in the สว5 or จ4 level for no less than five years.
  2. Expert level Must hold and work in the Senior Professional level for no less than four years.
  3. Senior Expert level Must hold and work in the Expert level for no less than three years 
Determination of the Senior Professional, Expert and Senior Expert positions
  1. Work unit proposes the workload and indicates the workload necessity, potential of its personnel and its long-term workload.
  2. The Strategy Office presents data to the Manpower Planning for Personnel in Other Professions Working Committee.
  3. The Manpower Planning for Personnel in Other Professions Working Committee considers and approves the proposed positions.
  4. In cases of Senior Expert positions, the Working Committee shall submit them to the University Council for consideration and approval.
  5. The Strategy Office informs the work unit and the Human Resource Management Office.
Procedures for the determination of Senior Professional, Expert and Senior Expert positions
  1. Work unit submits the proposed positions to the University for determination.
  2. The University determines the positions and notifies the work unit of the consideration outcome.
  3. The work unit with granted positions notifies its personnel. 
  4. Personnel complete the University-prescribed form and attach relevant works. 
  5. Personnel’s superior gives his/her opinion for the Committee’s consideration and checks personnel’s works for compliance with the prescribed criteria.
  6. The work unit checks personnel’s documents and works for compliance with the prescribed criteria.
  7. The Faculty Administrative Committee deliberates, gives opinions, screens personnel’s works for proof of appropriate expertise for each position level and proposes appointment of a Work Evaluation Committee to evaluate personnel’s works.
  8. The Work Evaluation Committee evaluates worthiness of specific personnel’s works. 
  9. The Human Resource Management Office checks personnel’s documents for accuracy and compliance with the criteria.
  10. The Faculty Administrative Committee deliberates, gives opinions, screens personnel’s works for proof of appropriate expertise for each position level and proposes appointment of a Work Evaluation Committee to evaluate personnel’s works The Screening Committee for the Promotion and Appointment of University Personnel in Other Professions to Higher Position screens the personnel’s performance evaluation outcomes and works for confirmation of appropriate level of expertise for each level of position, then proposes members of an Expert Committee to evaluate personnel’s works. 
  11. The Expert Committee deliberates personnel’s works, morality and professional ethics.
  12. The Promotion and Appointment of University Personnel in Other Professions Screening Committee processes and summarizes the screening outcome before submitting it to the Faculty Administrative Committee.
  13. The Faculty Administrative Committee deliberates and approves appointment of personnel to a higher position.The University President signs the appointment directive.
  14. The University Council deliberates and authorizes appointment of university employees/approves appointment of civil servants to a Senior Expert level position before submitting their names to the Office of the Prime Minister for a royal appointment. 
  15. The Human Resource Management Office notifies personnel of the consideration outcome
